I get so bored of drinking just plain water. Don’t get me wrong I love it, but it get boring. I recently started  adding things to it. I created this one day realizing I needed to start getting healthy. Having a c-sect I was on pain meds and all the other drugs they had me on during and after. I really needed to help get those toxins out of my system. This has made me feel so much better. I drink this almost everyday now. I feel so much more energized afterwards. Beware though, you may feel a bit sweaty, kind of like your having a hot flash. don’t worry though that’s just your body getting rid of the toxins. I usually refill my glass several times leaving the mint, ginger, and cucumber in there. Enjoy and Stay Healthy!!!

Servings 1 | Time 5 minutes |

Ingredients

3 thin slices of ginger

4 thin slices of cucumber

2 sprig* of mint

Juice of 1 lemon Wedge

Directions

Put all ingredients in a tall glass and fill with water. Serve warm or cold.

You can adjust ingredient amounts to taste.

Enjoy daily for best results.

*Sprig means, a 4 inch branch with leaves of it. You can take the leaves off instead if desired.
